Mvix  is a leading provider of digital signage software and solutions. We serve fourteen (14) industries and dozens of use cases with our technology. Our SaaS platform drives business outcomes through communication with internal and external audiences.

The candidate will be part of a dynamic team of solutions consultants, software developers, tech associates, and marketing experts, and will work on a product that was recently voted Best in Show at InfoComm 2018 and that also won the Best Software DIGI Award (2017).

 

Base Requirements:

  • 2+ years in customer service / client-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work under time and cost constraints
  • Experience creating statements of work
  • Ability to assist cross-functional teams & reporting structures
  • Experience with Purchase Order, Invoice processing and account receivables is a plus
  • Coordinating client accounts/statements
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers       
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment
  • Willingness to learn the scope of work and implement accordingly     
  • Experience working with Google Docs and Microsoft Office   
  • Willingness to take-on additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Requirements

  • College degree or currently pursuing, or Minimum of high school diploma
  • Work experience with a B2B Company

Business Development Associate

Mvix, a leading digital signage provider in the Dulles Technology Corridor is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Business Development Associate. We are looking for a go-getter with about 1-2 years of business development experience, a strong work ethic and is career-growth oriented.

The Business Development Associate will be part of a dynamic team of business development associates, solutions consultants, marketing associates and client experience agents, and will work with an exciting software product that was recently voted Best in Show at InfoComm 2017 and that also won the Best Software DIGI Award (2017). The software drives our SaaS model and cloud-based applications for digital signage solutions, video walls, and interactive kiosk systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster/enhance customer relationships as well as focus on further market penetration

  • Employing a consultative approach towards developing client relationships

  • Schedule and conduct appointments and organize presentations toward business development

  • Conduct web meetings, demos, and attend conference calls

  • Attend trade shows and networking events to build and enhance customer relationships
